Superior Comics has been Delaware's top comic book store since it was established in 1988. The store recently moved from its former location in the historic Bayard Hotel to its current 6000 square foot location. In its new permanent location, Superior Comics occupies both floors of the building. The basement was renovated to hold our huge supply of back issues as well as the largest gaming room on Delmarva. One section of the game room contains three 4 ft. x 8 ft. and one 5 ft. x 6 ft. miniature war game tables (i.e. Warhammer/Warhammer 40K). The remainder of the room can seat up to 75 people for other games and activities like Pokemon League, Magic League, etc. The main floor is is our retail area, two more D&D rooms, offices, and mail order facilities. We have thousands of back issue comics, toys, the full line of Games Workshop miniatures, role-playing games, Anime DVDs, statues, and much much more!
